How I Serve Clients

I serve clients by working to achieve their goals by ethical means in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner possible.  Whether a business client, corporation or an individual, I listen to my clients and work closely with them to derive their goals in any dispute and to fashion plans that achieve them.

Exceptional Client Service

Exceptional client service requires understanding the client, the client’s business, and goals.  Exceptional client service also requires hand-in-glove cooperation and constant communication.  Such service requires that both lawyer and client are on the same page tactically and strategically.  Because emergencies do not always happen between 8 and 5, I pride myself on being available to my clients at any time.  My business is to help my clients do their business by handling their disputes so they do not have to.

How My Background Helps Clients

Before I ever picked up a law book, I served my country in the United States Air Force as a combat-crew airman and foreign language translator.  The discipline I learned in the military during the Cold War has served me well, and, I believe, serves my clients well.  My academic studies in English equipped me to be an effective communicator – whether in writing or in oral argument before the courts.

When I am Not in the Office

I can probably be found driving to the office — but when not driving to the office, I am active in the outdoors – camping and hiking – or wood-working.  I am also active in my community and in volunteer work with legal organizations to improve the practice of law.  I am, first and foremost, a dedicated family-man who takes pride in his kids and has spent countless hours on the Little League diamond coaching or in the bleachers cheering them on.
