Arizona Business Transactions Counsel
We provide legal advice concerning both significant business transactions and legal counsel on day-to-day business matters. In the course of a business transaction, we:
- Identify the objectives to be achieved in the transaction, and the aspects that are of most concern to our client,
- Negotiate with opposing counsel concerning the transaction terms,
- Draft the applicable legal documents,
