Rusing Lopez & Lizardi has come to have the most experienced and dynamic intellectual property practice in Arizona.  Our intellectual property development group is designed around the stages that intellectual property follows, from start-up to licensing to commercialization.

Like intellectual property, the companies designing intellectual property often follow similar life cycles.  Near the beginning, angel investment and venture company capital are often required to bring a product into development.  At later stages, a company may wish to engage in a public offering, joint venture or other licensing arrangement to commercialize products.
