We understand the significant issues involved in mergers and acquisitions.  Regardless of whether we represent the buyer or seller, our role is to help clients understand the legal issues and risks involved, to negotiate on behalf of our clients, to provide counsel when complex issues arise, and to draft the legal documents that may be required.  We also provide the legal due diligence required in the case of complex acquisitions, and often work with other external professionals, such as accountants, financial advisors, and environmental consultants.
