Since 2001, Corey Foley’s practice has been concentrated in commercial litigation, real estate and business law.
Corey has more than 18 years of experience in counseling and assisting individuals and businesses in addressing and solving their legal needs as well as implementing sound strategies in their legal planning. His major practice areas include real estate, business, construction and commercial litigation. Corey is an experienced commercial litigator and has earned an “AV/Preeminent” rating with Martindale Hubbell, the nation’s oldest and most recognized rating source for lawyers. He has also been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star (2012-2014). Corey believes in helping clients address and achieve their legal needs and objectives in the most efficient manner and in the best interests of each unique client.
In addition to the practice of law, Corey maintains an active real estate license with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Hiking 48 miles through the Grand Canyon in less than 24 hours without camping or sleeping is known as the R2R2R (Rim to Rim to Rim). This hike starts from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and covers 24 miles down, across, and up to the North Rim, and the same 24 miles back again. One encounters more than 22,000 feet of elevation change and temperature changes of as much as 70 degrees hiking this trail. Corey has completed five R2R2R hikes since 2011. Corey prides himself on bringing precisely this type of drive and commitment to his legal practice.
