Patricia Premeau is a litigator practicing extensively in both real estate and commercial litigation.
Patricia (Patty) Premeau is a three-time graduate of Arizona State University. Since 1993, Ms. Premeau has practiced in the area of dispute resolution, from negotiation, to litigation, to trial and appeals. She practices extensively in both real estate and commercial litigation, including commercial lease negotiations and disputes, contracts, easements, title disputes, FEDs, business disputes, and non-solicit and non-compete agreements. Ms. Premeau’s clerkship at the Arizona Court of Appeals continues to serve her well in representing clients on appeal.
Ms. Premeau graduated cum laude from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1993. Ms. Premeau has an AV® Preeminent Rating, the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell™. Ms. Premeau accepted an invitation to serve on the Maricopa County Superior Court’s Commercial Court Practices and Procedures Committee, providing input to judges and providing recommendations regarding practices, procedures and forms for the commercial court pilot program.
