Vincent Yesue joins RL&L’s Litigation Team.

Prior to attending law school and joining RL&L, Vincent was an enterprise technology sales and services leader. Most recently, he helped customers buy and deploy security and network analysis software. Vincent worked with customers to understand their technology platforms and their business needs and collaborated with salespeople to design solutions. He also built and managed a global team of technology consultants and was responsible for the work that this team delivered to Fortune 1000 companies. Vincent collaborated with customers to hunt cyber threats and assisted in the design of go-to-market strategy, threat detection strategy, and cybersecurity executive briefing techniques. His ability to elevate complex, obscured facts into compelling stories to persuade decision-makers ensured that customers got what they needed out of the technology they bought.

Vincent brings his collaboration, storytelling, and problem-solving skills to bear on RL&L’s clients’ complex legal challenges. Vincent has helped clients resolve a wide variety of disputes concerning business email compromise, cyberattacks, commercial contracts, US Government security clearance suspension, Medicare rules governing unbundling of office visits, fraudulent and improper investments, business acquisitions and sales, asset distribution after divorce, FDA regulation of consumer products, improperly assigned accounts receivable, defective products, architecture and design services fraud, and neighbor and tenant disputes.
