Kaylee’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law as well as commercial litigation and business law. Kaylee assists partners in providing day to day human resources counseling, helping employers to develop policies and creative solutions for effectively handing various employment law-related matters.
Kaylee has been involved in every phase of litigation, from pre-litigation demands through trial. In addition, Kaylee assists with compliance audits relating to FLSA and state wage and hour law, pay practices, employment and human resources compliance practices, and she provides compliance counseling for clients. Kaylee takes time to ensure she raises awareness of harassment and discrimination in the workplace through conducting client training, including annual anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training for employers.
Prior to law school, Kaylee worked as a Project and Events Coordinator for a marketing team where she managed complex projects and budgets for many clients. During law school, she participated in the Lodestar Mediation Clinic where she trained and worked as a certified mediator in the Justice Courts.
